Warranty Conditions
All products are under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. To ensure the validity of the warranty conditions, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a damage report prepared. Modifications to the product, deformation, or deterioration of the original design are not covered under the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased from our site turns out to be defective, you must contact us via the online support section on our page within 14 days from the delivery date. Following this information, the defective product you send to us via the shipping company will be replaced with a new one. If the product defect is due to customer use, or if the product has been used during the 14-day period, no return or exchange will be made.
