Ürün iadesi ve değiştirme şartları olarak, 4077 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereği uygulamalar esastır.

Bu bilgileri takiben kargo şirketi ile bize ulaştıracağınız hatalı ürün yenisi ile değiştirilecektir. Sipariş edilen ürün hatası müşteri kullanımından oluşmuşsa veya 14 günlük süre içerisinde ürün kullanılmışsa ürünün iade ve değişimi yapılmaz. Müşterinin talebi doğrultusunda üzerinde işlem,değişiklik,kişiselleştirme yapılan ürünlerin değişim ve iadelerinde mağaza ücret üzerinde kesinti yapma hakkına sahiptir.  Ürün iadesi ve değiştirme şartları olarak, 4077 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereği uygulamalar esastır.

Product Return Conditions

Following this information, the defective product, which you will send back to us via the shipping company, will be replaced with a new one. If the product defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
